Before we talk

Practical questions. Plain answers.

How we work, what it costs and whether this is the right next step for your business.

Getting started

What does Valdris do?

We help small businesses reduce manual admin and improve how work moves between people and systems. We map the process, find the bottlenecks and connect or build practical tools for things like enquiries, bookings, follow-ups and payment chasing.

Who is Valdris best suited to?

Owner-operator small and medium-sized businesses where manual work is becoming a burden: chasing updates, copying information between systems or relying on the founder to keep everything moving. You do not need a technical brief to start.

What if I’m not sure what to automate?

Finding the right problem comes first. We look at how work happens, where delays or mistakes creep in and which improvement would make a meaningful difference. Start with our free diagnostic or bring one frustrating process to a free 30-minute fit call.

Does my business need AI?

Not necessarily. A clearer process, an integration between existing tools or rules-based automation may be enough. We use AI only where it is useful, not because every problem needs it.

Will I need to replace my existing software?

We start with the tools you already use and look for ways to connect them without unnecessary disruption. If an existing system has limitations, we explain those before agreeing a solution.

The work itself

What kinds of work can you help with?

Missed-call replies, enquiries, bookings, follow-up sequences, customer support, CRM updates and invoice admin. We look for repeatable delays, duplicate data entry and missed handoffs where a better workflow can make the working day easier.

Is this just chatbots?

No. Chat and voice are only part of the picture. What matters is what happens next: checking availability, updating a record, assigning a task or handing over to a person. The aim is a working business process, not just a conversation.

How does a project work?

We understand the current process, agree the first problem to tackle and test a working slice. Then we connect the tools, prepare and train the team, launch, and review the results so we can improve what needs attention.

Working together

How much does it cost?

The first 30-minute fit call is free, with no obligation. Bespoke workflow projects start from £1,000. We agree the scope and quote before any paid work begins.

What happens on the free fit call?

Bring one frustrating process. We talk through how the work happens now, what gets missed and what improvement would look like. Together we establish whether Valdris is a good fit and whether the problem is worth tackling.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You know your business and the work that gets stuck. We translate those everyday problems into a practical solution and explain the choices in plain language.

Will you train our team?

Yes. Preparing and training the team is part of launch. The system needs to be usable in everyday work, not something that only the person who built it understands.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with Brendan and Yomi, the two people behind Valdris, from understanding the problem through to launch. We stay close to both the business process and the people using it.

Demos and honest boundaries

Are the demos real businesses or transactions?

No. Maya, Nora and Theo are fictional demonstration assistants. Their bookings, payments and outgoing calls are simulated. Trying a demo does not create a real reservation or take a real payment.

What if automation is the wrong answer?

We will say so. A clearer process, clearer ownership or a change to an existing tool can sometimes be the better answer. We do not add complexity without solving the underlying problem.
