- You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of any prepaid session fee.
- Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the termination date are due and payable.
