One small win at a time

Big goals become quests you can finish today.

No guilt-heavy habit grid. OutQuest gives you a clear next step, celebrates the effort and lets the progress build.

Your story, not a template

A calmer way to keep moving.

Set the destination. OutQuest turns it into a practical week and helps you see the next right thing — not fifty things competing for attention.

01

Smart weekly planning

Build a week around your goals, preferred days and rest days, then accept or swap individual suggestions.

02

Fun when you need it

Reroll a low-pressure quest from themes you enjoy when you want surprise rather than structure.

03

Progress with proof

Track goal check-ins, quest contributions, streaks, XP and the badges you earn along the way.

A family adventure

Helpful habits meet rewards children can understand.

Adults choose the goals, approve completed quests and shape the reward shop. Children get a simple, positive path from “what next?” to “I did it.”

Parent-approved questsKeep grown-up control over points and completions.
Private child profilesNo public profiles, social feed or leaderboard.
Family pointsTurn useful actions into a shared, visible reward.

A little ceremony matters

Celebrate effort without turning life into a grind.

XP, seasonal journeys and collectible badges make progress visible. Rest days are part of the plan, missed days are not a moral failure, and Pip never shames you back into the app.

Questions from the trail

Before your first quest.

Do I have to use every life area?

No. Choose health and fitness, finance, family and fun, or any combination that fits your life. You can change your focus later.

Does OutQuest need an account?

No. The app is designed to work without an account. Your personal OutQuest data is stored locally on your device.

What does OutQuest read from Apple Health?

Only step count, and only after you grant permission. Step access lets eligible walking quests update automatically. OutQuest does not write to Apple Health.

Is Family Mode a social network?

No. Family Mode has no public child profiles, public leaderboard or location sharing. It is a private system for profiles, quests, approvals, points and family rewards on your device.

What if I take a day off?

Rest days are built into weekly planning. Choosing a rest day means taking it does not break your streak.
